Ushasri T.S. is the Senior Vice President and General Manager for Manhattan Associates in India (NASDAQ: MANH). Manhattan Associates is a leading provider of premium supply chain solutions and is recognized as the leader in Omnichannel solutions and Warehouse Management solutions. In her current role, Usha is responsible for Manhattan Associates’ strategic direction, growth and development in India. The Manhattan Associates India center is the only engineering center for the company outside US with focus on R&D and Services.

One of the early women leaders in the Indian IT industry, Usha has more than two and half decades of experience in various technology firms. Her key competencies lie in business transformation, technology management and development of business units from ground up. She has worked in several Senior Leadership, technology and managerial roles with leading Indian and MNC organizations.  In her career, her focus areas included incubation of new technologies, product strategy and engineering, strategic alliances, business process optimization as well as  change management, delivery excellence and operations management.

Usha is a recognized thought leader at leading industry forums. She was named the Chief Executive Officer of the Year, 2011 by the Indian Institute of Materials Management (IIMM). Usha has been recently awarded with “WOMEN SUPER ACHIEVERS AWARD For Brand Excellence” in the category of ‘Women Leadership in the Supply Chain & Logistics Sector’ as presented by ABP News and was organized by CMO Asia. Usha is currently the Chair person for Regional GIC Council NASSCOM, Bangalore.

Usha is an ardent champion of women in technology and is a co-chair for WIN, a global diversity initiative of Manhattan Associates.
